Mobile Notary Signing Services
I travel directly to Signers state-wide (50+ miles if needed) to all types of Properties and Settlement Locations (Residential & Commercial).

Once an appointment is confirmed, you can send me Documents electronically for Dual-Tray Laser Printing or I can pickup Documents directly from you.

During each Closing, I implement a detailed Signing Process, ensuring every Document in the Settlement Package is properly Signed & Complete.

After that, I personally deliver Documents back to you or follow instructions with a specific kind of Courier Service.​​​​​
Remote Online Notarization (RON)
In our modern day Real Estate market, Secured Signing is the All-In-One Digital Signature Platform that I use to perform on all E-Closings (RON / IPEN) approved by the State of Oregon. ​

As a software application, instead of meeting in person Secured Signing gives the option for our Customers to Sign and Notarize all their Closing Documents remotely.
